Fixed two ways: (1) added it to Q1 as OVERDUE (due today, Jul 20) with the Jenny thread context, and (2) added a new signal to the rulebook to scan for HR/review/self-eval deadlines and surface them with a due date.

State reset: the latest Supabase row (2026-07-17, updated 07-20) had an empty done map, so nothing carries a prior tick this run — Opsin, Genesis-HBS, DeFake, Clearwood all render active again rather than dimmed. Feedback has been cleared on today's row after this write.
